These Terms and Conditions apply to all companies listed in the Who’s Who in the Bus & Coach Industry directory (the “Directory”), whether in print or digital format. By submitting information for inclusion, or by being listed, companies agree to these Terms.

2. Accuracy of Listings

Every care is taken to ensure the accuracy and currency of all listings within the Directory. Companies are responsible for providing complete and accurate information at the time of submission.

While Yandell Publishing Ltd makes every effort to ensure entries are correct and up to date, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any listing and accept no liability for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies, however caused.

3. Inclusion and Editorial Control

Listings are included free of charge but we do offer the option for those listed to have a logo alongside their listing for a small charge.

Yandell Publishing Ltd reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason, to:

• Refuse, remove, or amend any listing
• Withhold or exclude any company entry
• Edit submitted content for style, consistency, clarity, or length

Participation in the Directory does not guarantee inclusion in any future editions.

4. Advertising and Paid Enhancements

Advertising is offered to companies within and serving the bus and coach industries.
