Cromwell Museum

Located in a 12th century monastic hospital, later the town's grammar school, the museum now houses the best collection of items in the world relating to the 17th century soldier and statesman Oliver Cromwell, including his personal possessions and family portraits. Open all year. (Closed Mondays except bank holidays or for groups by appointment). Admission free.
