A masterpiece of Elizabethan Renaissance architecture and design, with towering walls of glass, glowing ham stone, and one of the few remaining Elizabethan compartmentalised gardens. Upper floors of the house are currently closed for a conservation project. Reduced admission for groups (15+ people) and free coach parking. Combine with visit to nearby Barrington Court or Lytes Cary Manor.
