The museum houses the world's oldest lifeboat, The Zetland. Built in 1802, The Zetland has saved over 500 lives. Other displays include replica fishermen's cottages, gallery and local maritime history. Opening times: May–October, closed Mondays (except Bank Holidays), 12–4pm. Admission free. Group and school visits welcome all year by appointment.
